I started volunteering at University Hospitals in 2008 after retiring. After volunteering in other departments I was excited to have the opportunity to join the Coventry Hospital Radio team. Coventry Hospital Radio provides a very important service to the patients and I’m incredibly proud to be a part of the wonderful team here. For me this is a way to connect to the listeners, and be able to brighten up their stay in hospital. My husband worked for Coventry hospital for many years and was also a patient here, so it holds a very special place in my heart. In my spare time I love sing, dance, listen to music and teach yoga.
