Hi I’m Moz and I’m delighted to have joined the CHR team.
After almost 30 years away from broadcasting I was inspired to get involved again recently.
I produced and presented sport on Radio Harmony in Coventry in the early nineties as well as hosting various music and chat shows including a specialist dance tunes programme ,one of my favourite genres of music. That said my tastes are hugely eclectic I love swing ( Sinatra is my hero) , Ska and musical show tunes in equal measure and pretty much all other types of music in between.
I also presented and reported sport for the broadcasting service for the blind and partially sighted for 10 years.
A massive Coventry City fan, until 2019 I was chairman of the Supporters Trust during the most turbulent period in the clubs history. A role that involved a lot of media appearances on both radio and television.
I’m also a keen actor having achieved a long held ambition earlier this year in playing the panto dame in Dick Whittington.
Having recently taken an early retirement package after 38 years within various Civil Service roles I’m looking forward to the next phase of my life, including being part of this great team at CHR.”
